Description
Surface-conditioning flap discs optimized for use on all metals are made of nonwoven aluminum oxide abrasive material. Nonwoven abrasives are made of open-weave nylon webbing to conform to irregular surfaces. Abrasive grit applied to the webbing ensures grit is distributed evenly throughout the pad, making it a good choice for cleaning, finishing, and surface conditioning. Aluminum oxide is a strong, sharp, and durable abrasive that penetrates the work surface and withstands heat and high speeds.
