Tokyo Glass Kikai (TGK) Multiple Turn

Introducing a glass filling tower compatible with Sulzer Lab packing! Compatible with Sulzer Lab packing, the distillation tower part can be replaced between the shelf type and the filling tower type.
In addition to the existing older show type distillation equipment and irregular filling tower type distillation equipment, a new lineup of filling towers for regular filling (Sulzer Lab Packing) is also available.
A wide range of distillation operations have become possible by replacing the distillation column part from the shelf column / irregular filling column.
High theoretical plate number. Equipment design is possible with improved product purity and low tower height. High processing amount. Equipment design is possible with a small tower diameter.
Data with a uniform packing density and high reliability can be obtained. It is also possible to change from an existing distillation column to a regular filling column.
By simply replacing only the distillation column part of the Older Show type distillation unit with a regular filling tower, it can be quickly transformed into a regular filling tower type distillation equipment!
