Educati Broumus Syn (Soluble Cutting oil), is a heavy duty, oil free, synthetic machining fluids for steel and stainless steel alloys.This means that raw materials were chosen for their resistance to biological degradation thereby controlling the growth of bacteria and fungus. It is stable in hard water. The uniqueness of the chemistry is based on synergistic effect of various extreme pressure, lubricity, boundary film lubricants additives which are based on boron and phosphorous.
It.does not contain any chlorine, nitrite, phenolic derivatives, heavy metals, etc. It provides a clean, safe and pleasant working environment.
Recommended
Directly used, can be diluted 1:10 may be used. Other machining operations like milling, drilling, turning, boring, sawing, tapping threading and reaming use at 10:1 to 20:1 ratio.
