ORACAL Stiker Vinyl Cal Intermediate (Lakban Lantai)

ORACAL 651 is a permanent adhesive backed vinyl with a protective paper backing. This vinyl is compatible with all personal hobby and craft cutters and can be used for a variety of applications including windows, car decals, signs, stencils, scrap-booking, or any other permanent application. It can be used indoor or outdoor. ORACAL 651 is water proof, weather resistant, and resists UV degradation and fading which makes it the ideal craft vinyl for outdoor applications.
