The model change allows for easier maintenance! The various knobs are tapered and have deeper grooves, making it easier to make fine adjustments.
Additionally, each nipple has a guide at its entrance to easily support hose connections.
By changing the screw pitch of the air cap set from 1mm to 1.5mm, it is now easier to attach and detach.
The design has been designed to minimize air leakage from the air cap cover, and the material has also been changed to a material with better solvent resistance than before.
The air valve seat set of the previous model could only be removed with a special tool, but now it can be removed with a 14mm box wrench.
Additionally, the paint adjustment device, which could be removed with a 32mm box wrench on the previous model, can now be removed without tools.
With conventional pattern adjustment devices, it reached approximately 45% of the total pattern width in one rotation, approximately 80% in 1.5 rotations, and approximately 100% in two rotations, which was almost fully opened, but with the newly developed pattern adjustment device, It has been adjusted to respond linearly, approximately 35% for 1 rotation, approximately 50% for 1.5 rotations, and approximately 70% for 2 rotations, making it easier to operate intuitively.
WIDER is equipped with one-touch fittings (atomizing air: Φ8mm, working air: Φ6mm) as standard. Therefore, if you are using the manufacturer's joint as usual, please replace it with the 2 included air nipples.
