Polymaker PolyWood is the first wood-like PLA filament that actually produced without using any wood powder. Yes, PolyWood is a 100% PLA filament that doesn't contain any wood powder and use a special foaming technology to create a wood-like texture on the plastic surface. With the lack of wood powder present within the plastic, the PolyWood filament can create aesthetic wooden-like 3D prints without the downside of using regular wood filament, like jammed/clogged nozzle or fast nozzle wear due to the abrasive wooden particles.
