Polymaker PolyMide PA6-GF is a Nylon 6 filament infused with Glass Fiber that offers outstanding mechanical properties like impact strength and stiffness; and exhibits exceptional thermal resistance while still maintains excellent layer adhesion. The PA6-GF was meant for technical application that requires extreme high & low temperature durability. One of the notable examples is lab application where PA6-GF is used for Cryo box/chamber featuring liquid nitrogen that reach the freezing temp of -190C. Any other material would shatter at this extremely low temperature.
PolyMide PA6-GF also features Polymaker's Warp-Free technology which tremendously decrease the chance of warping, to ensure dimensional stability & accuracy; and Fiber Adhesion technology that improves the layer adhesion of fiber reinforced materials, by optimizing the surface chemistry of the fibers to achieve better dispersion and bonding to the matrix.
