Polymaker PolyMide PA6-CF is a Nylon 6 filament matrixed with Carbon Fiber, for extra strong 3D prints required for practical and structural application. The PA6-CF boast the highest strength, impact resistance and great heat deflection capability (up to 215C) of all Polymaker 3D printing materials, and have an electrostatic discharge (ESD) safe properties, making it a suitable for printing electronic jigs and fixtures.
PolyMide PA6-CF also features Polymaker's Warp-Free technology which tremendously decrease the chance of warping, to ensure dimensional stability & accuracy; and Fiber Adhesion technology that improves the layer adhesion of fiber reinforced materials, by optimizing the surface chemistry of the fibers to achieve better dispersion and bonding to the matrix.
