PolyLite features Jam-Free technology, where the filament only start softening by heat past 140°C. This allows PolyLite PLA more resistant to hotend/nozzle jamming that caused by heat creep around the hotend throat "cold end" area, but can melt rapidly once the filament enters the heat block "hot end" area, ensuring smooth & consistent extrusion.
