Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a high flow flexible TPU filament with shore hardness of 95A that can be printed up to 5X faster than regular TPU (up to 100m/s) without underextrusion problem. PolyFlex TPU95-HF also able to resist ultra-violet (UV) light or sunlight, which makes this material suitable for outdoor application. With the main feature being the high-flow / fast melting filament, the TPU95-HF is the perfect material for rapid manufacturing that is desirable for 3D printing services or industries that prints many parts at once.
Made with Covestro’s Addigy family materials, PolyMaker PolyFlex product line offers a long lasting performance with high ductility, and can be easily print at lower temperature compared to many TPU filament, and is suitable to be printed on various bed surface like PEI, glass, Buildtak, and painters tape.
