Taulman3D Nylon 645 is a high performance nylon material that can produce lightweight and durable parts with almost no delamination, without any odor, and impressive thread-to-thread bonding at correct temperature. Nylon 645 also have the strongest chemical resistance among Taulman3D's nylon collection, and when annealed, can be used as Nylon 6,6 alternative.
Nylon 645 can be used for application as normal 3D print like printed gears, drone frame, etc; or can be used for 3D prints which then be machined afterwards like drilling, tap, cut and other procedures, with similar treatment/setting as processing solid/cast nylon blocks.
This makes Nylon 645 desirable by CNC shop because it can achieve higher precision and better surface finish with additional machining so that it is suitable for prototypes, or even limited run production.
