ePA12-CF is a special nylon material developed by eSUN and Luvocom with 15% carbon fiber infusion that greatly enhances strength, rigidity and toughness of PA12 nylon. ePA12-CF is so tough that it can be used as substitute for metal material.
Moreover, ePA12-CF is a self lubricating material that is wear resistance, have high temperature resistance (continuous use up to 120℃, and short term use up to 160℃), is antistatic, and have low water absorption rate or less likely to be affected by humidity. This filament is ideal for printing a long-lasting mechanical objects like gears, joints, etc.
