The door has a window to allow the user to check the stomacher process. It is equipped with a drip tray to allow recovery of material even if the bag is torn. Contamination can be prevented as the paddles can be removed and autoclave use is possible. After operation is complete, the paddles line up and stop to enable easy setting and removal of the bag. The paddle position can be adjusted toward the front or rear to accommodate a variety of sample characteristics. The paddle position and timer settings are displayed on the digital screen.
