2. Take the specimen with swab
3. Insert the swab into the tube containing the transport medioum, break off the swab at 2-8°C anduse it within 72 hourse. If it needs to be stored for a week, please store in the refrigerator at -20°C. It can bestored for a long time under the condition of -70°C... but please avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
