Mitutoyo Standard Dial Indicator (Graduation 0.001 Mm)

A standard dial gauge with an outer frame outer diameter of Φ57 mm and a scale of 0.001 mm.
Since the outer frame and the oil plate are integrally molded and the O-ring is incorporated, measures to prevent water and oil from entering from the front are attached.
The stem and spindle are stainless hardened steel. It has high strength to withstand hard use.
Uses a cemented carbide stylus.
A special alloy is used for the sector gear to improve wear resistance.
A jewel bearing is used for the bearing. It has excellent indication sensitivity and durability.
Hard coating is applied to the surface of the oil plate, and it has excellent scratch resistance and chemical resistance.
