If the processing fluid becomes extremely dirty due to sludge, etc. after long-term use, it should be fully replaced.
Splashed fluid may leave white crystals when it evaporates, but this is natural. Simply pour hot or cold water on the crystals to dissolve them.

How to use

First dilute -> then add to processing fluid
Dilute
① Collect 10 to 20 liters of processing fluid in a bucket/container.
② Add the following amount of W-2K to the collected fluid ① and mix.
Immersion-type machine: about 0.2 to 0.5% of the machine’s total tank fluid
Flushing-type machine: about 0.5 to 0.6% of the machine’s total tank fluid
Add to processing fluid
③ Pour the diluted fluid ② into the tank.
④ Circulate for about 20 minutes to make the concentration uniform.
Note: When rust prevention effectiveness later decreases (timing varies depending on usage conditions), add 5 to 10% of the amount of W-2K added in step ② to the tank.
