AC8020P: Achieves both wear resistance and fracture resistance in high-efficiency machining of high-hardness materials and forged materials. Suppresses chipping by further increasing the strength of the alumina layer. 2.5 times more chipping resistance.
AC8025P: First recommended grade that boasts overwhelming reliability. Adhesion and chipping are greatly suppressed by surface smoothing treatment. Twice or more resistance to welding defects.
AC8035P: Suppresses chipping during interrupted cutting. A special surface treatment reduces tensile residual stress in the coating film, greatly suppressing chipping. More than twice the fracture resistance performance.
