Insert Grade KCM25
(P25-P35)(M20-M30) A multilayer CVD coating comprised of TiN-MT-TiCN-Al2O3 layers over a tough, cobalt-enriched carbide substrate. This CVD-coated grade is designed for general-purpose machining of austenitic stainless steels at moderate speeds and feeds. KCM25 inserts offer an extraordinary combination of toughness, built-up edge resistance, and wear resistance in stainless steel applications.
