THK Linear Bushing

Linear bushing LM type is a linear motion system that is used in combination with a cylindrical LM shaft and moves infinitely linearly. Since the load ball and the LM shaft are in point contact, the allowable load is small, but linear motion is performed with the minimum frictional resistance, and high-precision and light motion can be obtained. The outer cylinder uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and after heat treatment, the content and outer diameter are ground.
The dimensional tolerances of each part of the linear bush are standardized and compatible. The LM shaft can be processed by cylindrical grinding, which is easy to process, so a high-precision fitting clearance can be obtained.
The retainer that guides the row of balls is formed in one piece, so it can be guided accurately in the direction of travel of the ball and stable running accuracy can be obtained.
Because it uses a retainer that is integrally molded with synthetic resin, the sound during exercise is low and the lubricity is excellent.
The outer cylinder and flange are integrated, and can be fixed directly to the housing for easy installation.
Special synthetic rubber seals are incorporated on both sides to prevent foreign material from entering and prevent leakage of grease.
