This digital tester is capable of reading wall thickness down to 0.010”(0.254mm) with a super high adjustable resolution of up to 0.0001inch (0.00254mm).
This dynamic sonic gauge is designed to measure the thickness of metallic and non- metallic materials such as steel, glass, titanium, aluminum, plastics, ceramics, and any other good ultrasonic wave conductor as long as it has parallel top and bottom surfaces.
The 28021073 will accurately display readings in either inch or millimeter after a simple calibration to a known thickness or sound velocity.
