This tester is a necessary instrument widely used in the fields of machine building, metallurgy and measurement department, for determining the Rockwell hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals, non-metal materials and their finished parts.
Using steel ball or diamond Indentor to measure Rockwell A, B and C units of measurement. The construction is robust and reliable, easy to operate.
A frictionless loading shaft mechanism is adopted in the instrument instead of conventional type. As a result, the accuracy of preliminary test force has been greatly improved.
A unique automatic zeroing dial gauge is incorporated in this instrument for measuring the depth of indentation so as to eliminate the human error in zero setting.
Operations involving applying, holding and releasing of total test force are performed automatically. That thoroughly eliminates human error.
