KENTA Fire Resisant Safes (FRS)

The Fire Resistant Safes (FRS) are made up of seamless-welded double layer galvanized sheet steel, of robust endurance.
Surface processing is done electrostatic epoxy spraying, making cabinet surface neatly smooth and more endurable in corrosive environment.
The FRS is equipped with advanced fire resistant efficient combination lock. Please do not left the lock Key inside the cabinet in case of unnecessary troubles. 400 series Key Lock or electronic combination lock imported from Germany is optionally available as per client’s needs, on which we supervise the quality of each lock. 3-point interactive lock adopts Golden Vault Door technology, featuring triple protections with locking bolts highly temperature resistant and endurable in harsh environment, ensuring cabinet’s long term use without troubles. Door hinges are forged by special steel of highly resistant to exterior force pressure, making the door opening angle over 90 degree freely, extending the life endurance of hinges thus being friendlier to user’s hands operation.
The FRS is cushioned with fire resistant materials, composed of multiple fireproof raw materials at ratios, inside of the cabinet wall layers.
The product is classified as per different holding capacity; please refer to QC-Pass .
For safety purposes, please choose professional transportation yard-shifting service company due to products’ heaviness, and put the product angling into the wall corner or leaning along with wall surface.
Performance test:
We introduced leading fire resistant engineering techniques into
Fire Resistant Safes, of which fire resistant performance was strictly tested under JIS standard, approved by authoritative
CNCF (China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed Fire-fighting Systems and Fire-resisting Building
Components), under 2 hours continuous heating of 1010 degree Celsius, with any point temperature inside of the tested cabinet no more than 180 degree Celsius. Magnetic
proof performance is tested by JSMI under testing condition of 7,000 Gauss magnetic field, with tested result of 2-4 gauss inner environment, which put your magnetic medium in safe storage.
