KG Anti Backlash Spur Gear

There is no "play" between the tooth surfaces by sandwiching the teeth of the mating gear with the force of the spring between the two gears and eliminating backlash (play between the tooth surfaces). Ideal for precision equipment, measuring equipment, robots, and angle transmission.
-Encoder resolution UP (measured by amplifying rotation with gears).
-Highly accurate positioning (prevention of misalignment due to backlash).
-High-precision indexing (prevents angle deviation during forward and reverse rotation due to backlash).
-Countermeasures against gear noise in the rotating transmission section that has vibration (prevents the rattling noise of the tooth surface due to backlash).
