Jotun Ultra Primer is a superior performance water-based primer that is specially formulated to provide excellent paint adhesion to extend the durability of premium paint systems and to tackle the common wall problems, such as peeling, flaking, efflorescence and spot discolouration caused by alkaline attack. It can even be used on slightly chalking old concrete surfaces for repainting.
It can be painted as the foundation of paint systems on freshly plastered concrete surfaces after 3 days of curing under good ventilation and weather condition, where moisture level of the fresh concrete is below 25% and pH below 11.
