Tungaloy Indexable gun Drill body

Achieves excellent "roundness", "straightness" and "machined surface roughness" by arranging cutting edges and guide pads based on the know-how of BTA tools (deep hole drilling tools). Capable of high feed processing 1.5 to 3 times that of brazing gun drills. Economical with 3 corner inserts and 2 corner guide pads. Demonstrates excellent chip control with the optimal breaker shape and chip splitter. Achieves stable chip evacuation. Since the cutting edge is replaceable and regrinding is not required, the labor and cost of tool management are greatly reduced. Two types of bodies are available: MTR, body for lathe "MCTR" and body for gun drill machine "TRLG".
