Dry the electrodes at 350 - 400ºC for 30-60 minutes before use. 2. Choose the welding current within the suitable welding current range. 3. Adopt back step method or strike the arc on a start tab to prevent blowholes at the arc starting. 4. Keep the arc length as short as possible.
