If you are using a machining center with an internal lubrication device, we recommend to use a collet through type for supply.
Feature
Adopts unequal division / unequal lead groove and right blade left twist (PAT.inJapan). Due to the left twist groove, the effective diameter difference between the shank side and the back side was reduced, and the gauge out was delayed. Since processing starts from the shank side, processing with less tilt is possible (down cut recommended). Eliminates the need for zero cut to compensate for tilt. Preventing tilt enables one-pass machining instead of conventional two-pass machining, and shortening machining time and extending tool life. The base metal is made of ultra-fine cemented carbide that has both high abrasion resistance and toughness with EgiAs coating to achieve high durability.Dokumentasi Produk
