Sapu permukaan lantai, dan pastikan permukaan lantai bebas dari debu dan kotoran, setelah itu sikat dengan menggunakan SUPER KLEEN (heavy duty cleaner) atau STRIP OFF (Stripper) tergantung dari tingkat kekotoran lantai. 2. Gunakan DOUBLE BUCKET dan lakukan pengepelan sebanyak 2-3 kali pembilasan, sampai permukaan lantai benar - benar bersih dari larutan pembersih. Tunggu sampai permukaan benar-benar kering. 3. Tuangkan PHOENIX ke dalam ember. Rendam kain pel (dianjurkan menggunakan mop loop band) yang berisi PHOENIX dan peras sedikit sebelum digunakan. Pel ini dengan perlahan sampai semua permukaan dilapisi dengan merata. 4. Ulangi proses ini 2-3 lapis, pastikan lapisan sebelumnya sudah harus kering. 5. Untuk perawatan sehari-hari, cukup dengan membersihkan kotoran dan debu dengan dust mopping. dan kalau diperlukan baru pergunakan wet mopping.
