A small, high-output, low-coking, low-vibration, low-noise DC brushless motor with a newly designed magnetic circuit (PAT) is used, allowing stirring work to be performed without compromising the experimental environment.
The speed feedback system always responds to changes in the load during stirring and maintains the set rotation speed.
The safety device is standardly equipped with a fail-safe function (automatically stops the motor when the chuck cover is opened) that interlocks the motor operation with the current limiting circuit, thermal protector and chuck cover.
A forward/reverse rotation function is also standard equipment, and the direction of rotation can be switched with a single touch even during stirring.
The setting of ON/OFF and number of rotations adopts the volume method with a switch, and it is excellent in operability.
A hand-tightened chuck that does not require a chuck handle is used, and one-handed operation is possible with the motor lock mechanism linked to the chuck cover.
The agitation shaft is supported by a collet method, which has high retention force and suppresses core run-out, and supports forward/reverse function (the diameter of the agitation shaft can be changed with an optional collet).
