Range 1.0 - 10.0mm. ER20: Number of collets: 11. Range 2.0 - 13.0mm. ER25: Number of collets: 15. Range 1.0 - 16.0mm. ER32: Number of collets: 18. Range 2.0 - 20.0mm. ER40: Number of collets: 23. Range 3.0 - 26.0mm. Indexa ER collets are the most versatile toolholding system for any operation that utilises a round shank cutting tool in a machining centre. Typical applications include drilling, milling, tapping, reaming and boring. When Indexa ER collets are used with round shank cutting tools the collet chucks centralise the cutting tool and if all the ER system components have been maintained correctly, this should result in increased tool life, higher feed rates, better work piece accuracy and enhanced work piece finish.
