RV 8 pro VC Complete
The RV 8 pro VC Complete package is the complete solution for your rotary evaporator setup.
In addition to the RV 8 VC rotary evaporator, the package also includes an HB digital heating bath with a capacity of 4 liters and a heating temperature range RT up to 180 °C, a highly efficient vertical coated glass condenser set with 1 l receiver and evaporator bottle, as well as a VACSTAR digital vacuum pump with VC 10 lite vacuum controller and RC 2 lite recirculation cooler. All components and connections required for operation are also included.
The RV 8 is the manual base model in the IKA rotary evaporator range. The RV3 has numerous uses in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, in research and development, in manufacturing and quality assurance, in the laboratory and in plant construction. Thanks to specially designed glass guides, the vertical condenser makes very efficient use of the 1600 cm² cooling surface. The digital display for the heating bath speed and temperature allows optimal control of all distillation processes. The
included VACSTAR digital vacuum pump is extremely space-saving and generates a minimum vacuum of 2 mbar. The vacuum pump is controlled by the supplied VC 10 lite vacuum controller. In addition to controlling the recirculation cooler, the controller also allows manual vacuum regulation as well as program-controlled operation.
The compact RC 2 lite recirculation cooler with its powerful 400 watt cooling capacity and powerful pressure and suction pump (0.35 bar) is designed for simple cooling tasks down to -10 °C. The easily accessible and easy-to-clean mesh filter made of stainless steel ensures consistently high cooling performance for years to come. Thanks to the natural refrigerant R290, the RC 2 lite is extremely environmentally friendly and well prepared for the future.
