NNTA His Bind Resin is a higperfoance Ni 2+ agarosecharged used for rapid onstep purification of proteins containing a His Tag sequence byetal chelation chratography. NTAetal chistryinizes leaching during purification and is cpatible with up to 10Mercaptoethanol or 1M Tris (hydroxypropyl) phosphine (THP) for reduction of disulfide bonds. NNTA His Bind Resin has a binding capacity of 10g His Tag fusion protein perl of resin.
Supplied as a 50% slurry; the quantity/pack is based on the ount of the settled resin.
