Aircol SN 68 and 100 are diester based synthetic lubricants with excellent oxidation resistance and low carbon-forming tendency.

Warning

All packages should be stored under cover. Where outside storage is unavoidable drums should be laid horizontally to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 600°C, exposed to hot sun or freezing conditions.

Use

Aircol SN 68 and 100 were developed to cope with the severe operating conditions experienced in reciprocating air compressors operating at high compression ratios and high discharge temperatures of up to 220 deg C. Under these conditions#cm# Aircol SN 68 and 100 offer a much reduced carbon forming tendency and extended oil life when compared to mineral oil. Whilst Aircol SN 68 was primarily intended for the use in reciprocating air compressors#cm# it may also be used in certain types of turbocharger#cm# where it will provide significant in-service benefits when compared with mineral based lubricants.
