NILFISK Vacuum Wet and Dry VHO200 1unit

The VHO 200 is a powerful vacuum for liquids with a diverting valve for convenient and fast container emptying. A metal basket for the metal chips recovery is also available as well as different kinds of nylon filters, letting the user select the required level of filtration for the application and then re-use the collected materials (both liquids and solids). The container emptying is performed manually by a ball valve or by differential pressure with discharge accessories kit.

The VHO200 cleverly uses its twin vacuum motors to both collect and then to discharge the collected liquid without the need for an integral electric discharge pump. 2,4 kW power rating using two single-phase by-pass motors placed within a protective polypropylene cover connected to the container by a self-centering metal band. Once the metal band is released the motor-head is free to be tilted open. To protect the motors the VHO200 safety measures are comprehensive: both a visual cut off system and a float shut-off system are fitted as well as a double filter pad and an absorbent pad. Oil mist can be filtered as well by a dedicated filter positioned under the motorhead. The drain point on the bottom of the container allows complete draining of the liquid collected. The container is easily removable for cleaning. With all these features this machine is suitable for many different sectors: ideal for the oil recovery and recycling from tooling machines, in its stainless steel version (with the exception of the motor-head and the trolley) it’s also suitable for chemical & pharmaceutical use as well as in food companies whenever there is the need to collect liquid.
