It detects minute gas leaks in semiconductor material gases.
The alarm sound (intermittent tone) gradually changes speed in response to changes in gas concentration, and becomes a continuous tone when the concentration becomes high, making it easy to pinpoint the location of the gas leak.
This single unit can handle a variety of semiconductor material gases (arsine, phosphine, siborane, silane, hydrogen, etc.).
Significantly smaller and lighter than previous models. A compact body that fits perfectly in your hand.
It features an LCD screen that clearly displays the device's status, including battery level and pump status.
Alarm lights are installed in two locations, on the front and bottom, making it easy to see warnings during operation.
Protection rating equivalent to IP22 (JIS C 0920) (when leather case is attached).
