The BUB323Z is a planar, monolithic, high voltage bipolar power Darlington transistor with an integrated active Zener clamp circuit. This device is specifically designed for de-clamping, inductive applications such as electronic ignition, switching regulators and motor control. Includes a high voltage active clamp Tight clamp voltage window (350 → 450V) guaranteed over the temperature range of -40 → +125°C Clamp energy performance is 100% tested in a live ignition circuit High DC current gain / low saturation voltage specified over the full temperature range Design is guaranteed to operate at its SOA at all times Lead-free packaging available
