The NCP3334 is a high performance, low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. With +/-0.9% accuracy over line and load, ultra-low quiescent current and noise, it has all the features required for today's consumer electronics devices. This unique device is stable with no minimum load current requirement and is stable with capacitors as small as 1.0 μF. The NCP3334 features reverse bias protection.
