SpecificationPowerTrench(R) Dual N/P-Channel MOSFETs, Fairchild Semiconductor. PowerTrench(R) MOSFETs are power switches optimized to improve system efficiency and power density. They combine low gate charge (Qg), low reverse recovery charge (Qrr) and a soft reverse recovery body diode, which contributes to fast switching of synchronous rectification in AC/DC power supplies. The latest PowerTrench(R) MOSFETs feature a shielded gate structure.
