SpecificationPowerTrench(R) Dual N-Channel MOSFETs, Fairchild Semiconductor. Semis PowerTrench (R) MOSFETs are optimized power switches that increase system efficiency and power density. They combine low gate charge, low reverse recovery and soft reverse recovery body diodes to help with fast switching of synchronous rectification in AC/DC power supplies. The soft body diode performance of PowerTrench(R) MOSFETs eliminates the need for snubber circuits.
