SpecificationThe LVTH125 contains four independent non-inverting buffers with 3-STATE outputs. The buffers are designed for low voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but have the capability to provide a TTL interface to 5V environments. The LVTH125 is fabricated using Advanced BiCMOS technology, allowing high speed operation similar to 5V ABT while maintaining low power consumption. It provides input and output interface capability to systems with 5V VCC. Bus-hold data inputs allow unused
