SpecificationThe MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are optically isolated triac driver devices. The devices contain a GaAs infrared emitting diode that acts like a triac and a light-activated silicon bidirectional switch. Designed as an interface between electrical control and power triacs, they control resistive and inductive loads operating at 115 V ac.
