SpecificationThe MM74HC00 NAND Gates use Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS technology, providing operating speeds similar to LS-TTL Gates with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. All gates have buffered outputs. All devices have excellent noise immunity and can drive 10 LS-TTL loads. The Ability74HC logic family is functionally and pin-to-pin compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. With built-in diode clamps to VCC and ground, the 74HC logic family can be used with any device.
