This nucleic acid isolation system is capable of processing multiple samples, allowing for simplified operation and reduced work time. Its ultra-thin porous membrane, with its high nucleic acid binding and easy desorption, enables quick, easy, and high-quality nucleic acid isolation. The isolated DNA/RNA can be used in PCR/RT-PCR and next-generation sequencers. The isolated genomic DNA is longer than that obtained with the silica membrane method. It is compatible with a wide variety of samples, and dedicated isolation kits can be used depending on the sample.
