POSCAP TQC Series. Panasonic TQC series tantalum capacitors are part of the POSCAP series. The anode material uses sintered tantalum, a porous material with a large surface area, achieving high capacitance. The electrolyte, a conductive polymer with excellent conductivity, minimizes ESR. TQC tantalum capacitors offer excellent heat resistance and reliability, making them ideal for high-frequency and digital equipment. High voltage: up to 35 V dc. Solid electrolytic chip capacitors. Excellent frequency characteristics. Lower impedance than standard aluminum electrolytic capacitors and tantalum capacitors. Low ESR allows for higher ripple current ratings than other electrolytic capacitors. Conductive polymer provides a self-healing mechanism. Tantalum oxide eliminates vibration and noise on the board. Applications. Recommended applications include backup capacitors, bypass capacitors, and noise suppression in digital devices.
