PSE products are available in a range of detection types including diffuse reflective, polarized retroreflective, beam reflective and background suppression, covering a variety of detection ranges.
How do they work? Photoelectric sensors are non-contact devices that detect the presence or absence of an object regardless of the material.
The sensor emits a beam of infrared or red light at a photoelectric receiver to assess the surrounding environment, detect objects, or recognize their absence.
Detection types: Diffuse reflection, Polarized retro-reflective, Through beam reflection, Background suppression Features and benefits: Universal housing makes it an ideal replacement for a variety of sensor types.
