How to maintain the product In order to maintain good functionality and long life, shafts and other moving parts must be lubricated on a regular basis. If the tool is exposed to dust or other contamination, we recommend lubrication* at least every 10,000 cycles. You should also check the crimp die nest adjustment. If the tool preload is significantly reduced, the pressure adjustment axis should be readjusted. * Use low-viscosity non-mineral oil The Importance of Quality Crimps When using a crimping tool on a terminal, two crimps are made at the same time.
