This internationally available product features a 100mm diameter, direct mounting design, electronic beeps, and a powerful 102dB sound. The multi-sound display unit's color arrangement can be freely rearranged between 1 and 4 levels. Each level has its own wiring, so changing the color arrangement does not require rewiring. The display unit has built-in DIP switches, allowing each level to be switched between steady and flashing. The flashing speed can also be adjusted using the flashing speed adjustment dial. The 16 built-in tones can be controlled using bit input or binary input. With bit input, you can set any tone group using the tone setting dial on the rear of the unit and control four tones. With binary input, 15 tones can be controlled by external signals. The maximum alarm volume is 102dB. (The volume adjustment dial on the rear of the unit can be adjusted from a minimum of 0dB to a maximum of 102dB.) A sound reduction circuit reduces the volume by 20dB, allowing you to reduce the volume at night by combining it with a separate timer. The non-voltage contact circuit is compatible with NPN open collector connection as standard, and can be directly driven by a PLC. The body is partially made of alloy resin with excellent oil resistance, making it suitable for use in oil mist environments such as cutting oil. Protection characteristics are IP64 (when installed in the correct direction).
