Description
Since it is a 4-way proportional switching valve, it is possible to control the reciprocating stroke of the actuator. This valve alone can be used as a shockless switching valve. A proportional switching valve that directly drives the spool with a proportional solenoid, detects its displacement with a differential transformer, and performs feedback control of the spool position.
* Connect the tank pipe directly to the tank without merging with other tank pipes. *The input voltage-flow rate characteristics of this valve vary due to machine differences. Even when using valves of the same type, fine adjustment of the flow rate should be made individually for each valve. The amount of variation can be corrected by adjusting the maximum and minimum values with the MAX and MIN trimmers of the dedicated driver. * Do not touch the zero point adjustment screw of the differential transformer, as it has been adjusted before shipment. *This valve can be used in combination with a pressure compensation valve. *When using in combination with a pressure compensating valve, in order to obtain good pressure compensating performance, make sure that the differential pressure between the P port and the load port is within the control range of the minimum operating pressure characteristics. *When using in combination with a bypass type pressure compensation valve, the bypass flow rate should be 10 L/min or more. *When combined with a pressure compensating valve, flow rate is controlled by meter-in. *If a differential circuit is configured with this valve, it cannot be used in combination with a pressure compensating valve.
