3M Plating masking tape 470

3MTM Plating Masking Tape 470L (with release liner) is designed to withstand the harsh, demanding conditions associated with electroplating and anodizing. Its flexible backing conforms to uneven and curved surfaces. It offers excellent resistance to most common solvents and chemicals used in electroplating and anodizing. This tape can withstand temperatures up to 121°C (250°F). Once applied, the tape peels away from most surfaces without leaving any residue. Additionally, the backing is compatible with marker inks and can be printed using a heat transfer process, making it relatively easy to customize as needed.
