Description
This is a new lineup of WSTAR drill series specialized for steel and cast iron machining. The new material "DP3020" achieves more than twice the tool life of conventional products in steel and cast iron machining. The adoption of triple margin improves guideability and suppresses damage to the margin by purifying the coolant flow, making it possible to maintain excellent machining hole accuracy. The new coolant hole shape (TRI Cooling Technology (R)) improves the cooling and lubrication efficiency of the cutting edge, which is particularly effective in MQL machining. Work material: carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron.
